1. About this site
This website, run by Rajeev Rathore (Gokul Pura, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302012), describes my website design and development services. By using the site you agree to these terms.
2. Prices
All prices are in Indian Rupees and show the starting price for the plan described. They are for information and are not a binding offer. The final price, scope and timeline are set out in a written quote that I send you and you accept. I am not registered under GST, so no GST is charged.
3. Domain and hosting
The website price does not include a domain name or hosting. Both are included in the optional monthly maintenance plan. Where I register a domain for you, it is registered in your name.
4. Monthly maintenance
The maintenance plan is optional and billed monthly. You can cancel at any time by telling me. The details of what it covers, the notice period, and what happens to your domain, hosting and website files when you cancel are given in your written quote or agreement.
5. No guaranteed results
I do not guarantee any search engine ranking, website traffic, number of enquiries or sales. Search results depend on factors outside my control, including Google's decisions and your competition.
6. Timelines and free maintenance
Delivery times and the free maintenance period shown on the site are estimates for typical projects. They depend on getting your content and feedback on time. The free maintenance month covers fixing problems in the work I delivered and the small changes listed in the maintenance plan. It does not include new features or redesigns.
7. Ownership and use of AI
The design, text and code of this site were created by Rajeev Rathore with the help of AI tools, and the avatar is an AI-generated illustration. I own the rights I hold in this site, and you may not copy it without permission. Open-source libraries and fonts used on the site stay under their own licences (see the third-party notices). Because the law on AI-generated material is still developing, I do not promise that any AI-assisted material is protected by copyright, or that it is free from similarity to existing works. The ownership of a client's finished website is set out in the written agreement.
8. Links
The site links to services such as WhatsApp. I am not responsible for the content or privacy practices of other sites.
9. Liability
The information on this site is provided in good faith. To the extent the law permits, I am not liable for losses arising from using the site or relying on it, apart from liability that cannot be excluded under law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction, subject to your rights under consumer protection law.
